• Job Description

  (1) Identify business opportunities and target markets
  (2) Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
  (3) Identify each potential customer’s needs
  (4) Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
  (5) Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
  (6) Manage account management and expansion activities
  (7) Develop new opportunities
  (8) Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
  (9) Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
  (10) Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made
  (11) Research market trends and products
  (12) Arrange meetings with potential clients
  (13) Liaise with suppliers to ensure appropriate product delivery
  (14) Check quantity and quality of products prior to delivery
  (15) Record sales information and maintain customers’ files
  (16) Prepare accurate costing for approval of superior then submit quotation to customer
  (17) Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports and provide monthly forecast
  (18) Review self sales performance
