  • Job Description

    ( 1) Acts as primary contact for all building issues ( 2) Montiors contractors performance and works closely with Safety Officer to ensure safety and work is completed according to specifications ( 3 ) May act as the project coordinator for all sizes of projects ( 4) Assists Facilties Supervisor / Manager ( 5 ) Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities ( 6) Makes minor plumbing repairs as necessary ( 7) Perform electrical works and maintenance of CCTV, telephone system, and the like ( 8) Perform readings / reports ( 9) Provide documentations and operating instructions ( 10 ) Skills in trouble shooting of Aircon and Electrical (Building and Grounds)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male only
    -Graduate of Electro Mechanics/Related Course
    -At least 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing specifically with experience performing tasks with HVAC, pneumatic and boilers.
    -Good written and Oral communication skills.
