  POSITION SUMMARY:
  
  The Senior Host, Business Development - Sales is responsible for the new and existing Premium mass business by identifying, building and developing premium mass players from existing database and externally from their network outside of the property. The Senior Host, Business Development - Sales is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with his/her own premium player’s database, achieving client quotas and any other performance indicators as specified by the Management. The position is expected to provide personal service to his/her guest throughout the visit to the property and to maintain personal contact with the guests for future visitation and assistance.
  
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Locates, develops and/or acquires new business and capture premium players
  2. Achieves client quotas, performance targets and goals as assigned by the Company
  3. Provides professional customer relationship services with potential patrons and provides quality pre & post-guest services
  4. Maintains and expands Premium player’s database
  5. Supports marketing events, promotions and programs that drive relationship with Premium players
  6. Supports any projects and/or tasks assigned by Senior Manager, Business Development
  7. Constantly interacts with patrons of the upcoming events and company activities through different communication channels available
