• Job Description

  (1) Gather, validate, and confirm customer firm orders and forecast information from customer.
  (2) Monitor sales achievements of Execution and highlight any fluctuations to Supervisor and/or Manager for discussion and countermeasure.
  (3) Arrange and conduct meeting with Managements for establishing good services or new business chances.
  (4) On time preparation and submission of weekly reports including sales pull down activities.
  (5) Analyze sales achievement, and discrepancies.
  (6) Ensure the timely good services to all customers.
  (7) Ensure all sales commitments are properly fulfilled
  (8) Follow up all related documents required by customer
  (9) Gather and consolidate all documents needs in preparing quotation/price review.
  (10) Monitor and follow up quotation/price issued.
  (11) Monitor, record, and follow-through on customer complaints in-line with the company's Quality Policy
