    Operations Management:
    T&E Processing:
    • Receive employee T&E claims and verify supporting and approvals are available as per policy
    • Book verified claims in system
    • If required, obtain further information/ documentation/ clarification from respective employee
    • Prepare analysis and summaries on request and escalate issues where necessary
    • Deal accurately and efficiently with all questions and queries arising from employees.
    • Produce routine reports and make summaries for shared service and affiliate management

    Compliance Management:
    • Ensure that all stated Allergan processes and procedures regarding T&E are adhered to
    • Update Policies & Procedures with improvements in processes and compliance

    Education/ Experience: The ideal candidate will be
    • A fully/ partly qualified accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience in a multinational environment
    • Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles and their application
    • Good understanding of BPO / shared service models
    • Knowledge of MS office (word/ excel) is must
    • Knowledge of SAP is added advantage
