  • Job Description

    The Sr. Customer Specialist handles requests that facilitate the money transfer process. The requests come from our customers across Asia Pacific and Service Specialists are required to meet a high level of service excellence in responding to the customer’s request in both English and a second language. These requests are primarily received into the centre via phone calls. The Sr. Customer Specialist will resolve additional requests from internal departments on a as needs basis once approved by their managing team leader or the Operations Manager. In addition to these regular duties, the Sr. Customer Specialist will aid the Team Leader with call centre projects from time to time. The Service Specialist is expected to contribute to the team environment and base every relationship on Western Union’s Code of Conduct, Core Values and Behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    * 4-Yrs Graduate, any course.
    * Strong English verbal communication skills with one year work experience.
    * Fluent in German and English.
    * Willing to be assigned in Munoz, QC.
