  POSITION SUMMARY:
  
  The Host, Business Development-Services is responsible to carry out all daily Signature Counter operations and Signature gaming floor hosting services. Act as a front line sales and customer service ambassador to ensure a high standard of guest relations is provided to all premium patrons in accordance with established service standards. Constantly strive to delight our guests; exceed their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service.
  
  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  1. Locate, identify and develop new/existing premium players
  2. Cultivate relationship with existing players and increase loyalty by serving as a personal contact to premium players to ensure excellent customer service
  3. Station at designated areas to maintain excellent service and contribute to guest satisfaction by greeting all patrons and provide proactive service by anticipating and meeting their needs
  4. Have a full understanding and cross selling of all casino products, promotions and resort facilities
  5. Participate and assist in all casino events and promotions which are targeted to premium guests
  6. Maintain and growth accurate database for management’s information and evaluation
  7. Achieve clients quotas / targets / goals as assigned by the Company
  8. Assist premium members with all membership related transactions, enquiries, comps redemption and transport / accommodation / dining / show reservations;
