  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS –
  
  · Graduate in any discipline with good academic profile - Mandatory
  
  · Certified in Korean Language. High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken Japanese - Mandatory
  
  · Travel Industry knowledge/background – Desirable
  
  1-2 years’ experience in customer service
  Average level in English communication – both written & spoken.
  Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  · Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  
  · Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationship
