The job covers handling inbound customer service support calls from customers; cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company; provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tool and resources; maintains productivity at defined proficiency levels in compliance with department policy and procedure and demonstrates initiative to continue learning new and relevant product and technical information as products evolve.
Qualifications
Requirement
At least 18 years of age
At least a high school graduate and possess basic web navigation skills.
Call Center experience is not required but an advantage.
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to start immediately.
MUST BE FLUENT IN KOREAN.
BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL.English Level
