  Preparation of payroll
   Monthly Trial Balance
   Preparation of Financial Statements
   Making monthly reports ( sales , purchase , expense , bank reports )
   Handling petty cash trasactions
   BIR reports ( monthly , quarterly , yearly )
   Bank transactions
   Check governmental required reports ( SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig )
   Check monthly report for attendance / absences / leave credits.
   Make PEZA monthly , quarterly and yearly reports
   Assist External auditors for yearly audit
   Handle special reports given by Japanese / required by Mother compnay
