Job Description
Qualifications:
• Candidate should have 1 year of customer support experience. We want to ensure that you know the basics and that there are no surprises to you! However we will teach you further and master the skills that you bring!
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to express yourself fluently
• Ability to work in different environments such as individually and in teams!
• Capacity to collaborate and support other work colleagues
• Outgoing and a person that enjoys working and talking to people
• Able to deliver and under pressure and able also to handle stress situations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. You will need those from time to time!
• Sales knowledge is a plus
• You should be able to type quickly (35 WPM)
• Good English skills (written and verbal)
• Other languages welcomed in the job title will be valuable and have a better compensation. For Japanese candidates, JLPT is a plus.
• You shall have business level communication skills in both written and verbal for the language applied
• Either Travel company experience or a person who has travelled for holidays and understand tourism (this will be highly considered)
• Foreign Nationals are invited to apply, however a work permit is required.
