• Job Description

  <Accounting>
  1. To be responsible for data submission into the accounting system and integrity of accounting system data, and review and ensure accuracy in the daily accounting job and the financial reports
  2. To close accounts and generates monthly financial reports and submits to Treasurer and Managing Director for their review
  3. to ensure the accuracy of the bank reconciliation statements and maintains up-to-date fixed assets listing
  4. Other general accounting job
  <Audit>
  1. To be responsible to coordinate the whole operation of audit process
  <Payroll>
  1. To process monthly payroll for approval by Treasurer and upload the file to the bank or prepare the cheque for the payment
  2. To submit employee's income to the Tax Authority
  <Corporate Taxation>
  1. To liaise with tax agent in the preparation of estimated and final corporate tax
  <VAT Submission>
  1. To be responsible for the submission of VAT to the authority
  <Banking>
  1. To liaise with bank officers pertaining to banking matters
  <Secretarial Duties>
  1. To Liaise with corporate secretarial firm regarding preparation of Director's Resolution
