  achieve the project target
  - Performs administrative duties such as keeping equipment proof of ownership, maintains daily equipment logs and monitors the validity of the third party inspection certificates as well as the operator’s trade certificates
  - Responsible for the orientation of operators before dispatching to project site
  - Monitors equipment maintenance cost and in-charge to keep the inventory of basic preventive consumables
  - Determine and implement the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all the company’s equipment
  - Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Equipment Status Report
  - Prepares equipment code such as stamping of names and number on each equipment for tracking purposes
