• Job Description

  I. Marketing Plan
  - Collaborate with the management team to identify sales growth strategies
  - Develop, design, implement and facilitate a marketing plan
  - Execute the marketing plan
  II. Marketing Budget
  - Assist the Marketing Head in strategizing and administering the company’s marketing budget
  III. Communications
  - Analyze and review the marketing program and report findings to its concerned individuals
  - Collaborate with team in execution, efficiency, and sales growth
  - Conduct company presentation to prospective clients
  IV. Business Development
  - Create and manage marketing initiatives for new business opportunities
  - Take an active role in industry-specific organizations
  - Develop and maximize industry connections to promote the company and pursue business opportunities
  V. Client Retention
  - Surveys – coordinates with concerned departments to implement a survey program for project completion feedback
  - Testimonials – Solicit client comments and review internal marketing program as dictated by the responses
  - On-going communication – Ensure clients are included in on-going marketing and relationship development
  - Programs – establish programs that safeguard long-term viability of relationships with clients and encourage referrals
  VI. Related Reports
  - Prepare marketing and sales reports periodically
  - Prepares marketing materials Commercial Conditions of Proposals and reports
  - Attends pre-bid conferences and clarification meetings
  - Monitors status of Bid Proposal preparation
  - Monitors status of prospective projects, including bid bulletins and other documents relative to the project
  - Assists in the preparation of marketing objective and marketing plan, Project Inquiry Meeting, Proposal Submission Meeting and Awarded Project Meeting with concerned departments
  - Checks credit risk of clients to avoid financial risk of the Company.
