Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Completed at least 2 years in college
    -Relevant experience in customer service is preferred
    -Good English communication skills both verbal and written
    -Business level proficiency in Japanese or Korean both verbal and written
    -Proficient in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and has experience in working with CRM systems
    -Willing to work on APAC hours
