  • Job Description

    - Responsible for managing all procurements and other related transactions.
    - Prepare necessary documents needed in procurement transactions.
    - Managing the purchase requisation order for local and international suppliers
    - In-charge in supplier selection and evaluation
    - Coordination with accounting for payment to suppliers
    - Managing product delivery, complaints and other related transactions.
    - Responsible for suppliers' coordination on the delivery of ordered items & follow up on pending items
    - Performs other related task that maybe assigned by her immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female
    - 25 to 35 years old
    - Preferably with experience of working in Japanese Manufacturing Company
    - Very good communication skills for both oral and written
    - With strong negotiation skills and personality
    - With knowledge and experience mainly in Importation, BOC and PEZA process
    - With at least 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing company specifically plastic molding and injection or related, Japanese Company
