    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

     Performance Management
    • Receive inbound client chat and email queries.
    • Provide answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions.
    • Respond to clients in a pleasing and timely manner using provided templates, scripts and the knowledge database.
    • Report to the Team Leader and help build and develop a knowledge database repository for newly encountered issues, concerns, comments and/or suggestions

     Quality and Information Security Management
    • Adhere to Infinit-O’s information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.
    • Protect client-supplied information such as patient records, etc from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or
    interference (see also Table of Offenses).
    • Implement information security policies and procedures to the team.
    • Monitor the implementation of ISO standards.
    • Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:
    1. Must have good English written communication skills.
    2. Can work in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive.
    4. Can work independently with minimal supervision.

    Education and Experience:
    1. Graduate of any course from any reputable school.
