  • Job Description

    • Create comprehensive human resources policies and procedures that comply with Philippine laws. Update as necessary.
    • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations that affect human resource function. Ensure organization is in compliance with legal requirements. Update policies and procedures, and education managers regarding compliance accordingly.
    • Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process of store people
    • Come up with strategic and new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
    • Nurture a positive working environment

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • 2+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position
    • In-depth Knowledge of labor law. disciplinary procedures and HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem solving ,decision making aptitude. people oriented and results driven.
    • BSc/BA in Human Resources, business administration or relevant field
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
