• Job Description

  1. The Sales Coordinator (Salon Staff) position is responsible for maintaining guest/members service, generating sales, inventory control and order, housekeeping, merchandising, cash register operations (POS) and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/salon standards.
  2. Ensure that each guest/member receives outstanding customer service by providing a guest/member friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest/member, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest/member service.
  3. Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.
  4. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
  5. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensure re-wraps are done promptly.
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.
  7. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
  8. Communicate guest/member requests to immediate superior.
