  • Job Description

    ■ SERVICE PERFORMANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
    * Ensure all customers using original parts, monitor/encourage them to keep sufficient parts inventory.
    * Ensure that all technical concerns are addressed as soon as possible.
    * Ensure twenty-four (24) hour services is maintained and delivered at all times.
    * Ensure four (4) hours response to the contract customers within Metro Manila is achieved at all times
    * Ensure within 24 hour response to Non contract customers.
    * Coordinate with service manager and service support officer for all service calls of all customer inquiries within the day.
    * Correspond with Service Manager and other colleagues pertaining to technical, service and organization matters.
    * Provide technical / service assistance to dealers in the country when needed
    * Follow all service relevant processes such as planning of assigned customer visit, service contracts proposal, weekly reporting, filling properly service checklist, delivery of parts, help signing invoice and collection of payments when needed.
    * Ensure weekly report, service report, parts quotation, service contract quotation, service inquiry form and service recommendation are submitted on time.
    * Observe all safety standards at all times
    * Ensure warranty policy is strictly followed.
    * Ensure adequate essential parts support for the respective service van.
    * Ensure proper tools and instruments are used all the time.
    * Comply with QESM work instructions and procedures and use QESM forms when appropriate.

    ■ SERVICE SALES
    *Educate / advise customers and dealers to use original Kaeser parts & promote Service Contracts.
    *Be pro-active to ensure customers replace consumable parts and air treatment products according to recommended maintenance schedule.
    *Build and maintain good relationship with existing contract customers to ensure contract renewal every time.
    *Visit non-contract customers at least once a year. Ensure accounts are collected on time

    ■ MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
    *Ensure that all tools are completed and in good condition.
    *Ensure that everything are placed and properly arranged in the service van according to spare parts stock location and numbering order.
    *Maintain spare parts stocks in the service van according to the service van spare parts checklist and replenish if needed.

    ■ TECHNICAL / ENGINEERING SUPPORT
    *Handle technical inquiries from the customers and dealers.
    *Provide assistance to Application and System engineers pertaining to technical, engineering, projects and operation issues.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Driver's License/ Manual driving
    -Preferably with certificate in Refrigeration and Air conditioning
    -At least 2 years of hands on experience in servicing of compressors, dryers, refrigeration and other industrial equipment.
    -Ability to work independently
    -Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    -As much as possible no working experience from other competitors; we prefer someone who worked in different industry.
    -can speak cebuano dialect
    -we prefer cebuano residents/ cebuano's in manila willing to be relocated in cebu.
    -NO LICENSE NEEDED
    -Knowledge in refrigeration/air condition
    -NC2 in refrigeration
