  • Job Description

    Responsible in providing back-end support in the field of Human Resource. Responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

    *Create, design and conceptualize training calendar for FFPH staff and Management 
    *Prepare Training Bond of employees 
    *Conduct new employee orientation, policy orientation etc. 
    *Plan, propose and ensure that employee activities are smoothly executed 
    *Responsible for Corporate Communication and Web Management 
    *Communicate regularly to Marketing and Sales and prepare article write-up 
    *Ensure timely dissemination of regional articles and newsletter 
    *Ensure monthly showing of motivational video 
    *Plan the CSR activities for the whole year coordinate with third party vendor, affiliate and other Business Division 
    *Deal effectively with all HR related concerns 
    *Minimize and maintain outstanding level of HR quality service 
    *Undertake project relevant to HR activities. 
    *Other tasks and responsibilities related to HR that may be assigned from time to time.
    *Timely sending of Biometrics attendance both for Direct and outsourced employees. 
    *Ensure correctness of filed overtime, attendance and tardiness of employees. 
    *Maintain, monitor and process expats visa and permits prior renewal date. 
    *Prepare, request and monitor completeness of tools of trade of newly hired employees 
    *Maintain and update leave monitoring sheet 
    *Timely processing of government mandated payments, request for payment and posting. 
    *Source, compare and propose HMO analysis for employees’ prior renewal date. 
    *Attends to employee requests with regards to COE, ITR, and other government agencies. 
    *Other tasks and responsibilities related to HR that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

    EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

    EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED At least 3-5 years of work experience in Training and Development, HR Generalist position or similar.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1—REQUIRED
    *Strong people and organizational management skills
    *Demonstrates a methodical work organization
    *High customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients
    *Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills Dynamic and strong engagement skills to readily communicate with all levels in the organization \
