Qualifications

• Requirement

  If Filipino;
  
  1. He has full knowledge and skills in Software Development based on his actual experience, this gives him full qualification and understanding when it comes to clients software requisites.
  2. Since the company is owned by the Japanese, most clients were Japanese company also, he can deal better especially in communicating projects specifications and requirements from Japanese clients.
  3. Can do Marketing and or Sales especially in Japanese company.
  4. He knows how to speak, translate and write in Japanese Language.
  5. Possible JLPT-N2 Certificate holder.
  
  
  
  If Japanese national;
  
  1. He has full knowledge and skills in Software Development based on his actual experience, this gives him full qualification and understanding when it comes to clients software requisites.
  2. Since the company is owned by the Japanese, most clients were Japanese company also, he can deal better especially in communicating projects specifications and requirements from Japanese clients.
  3. Can do Marketing and or Sales
  4. He know how to speak English which a good indicator that he can easily communicate well to the Filipino’s employee, can translate the project specification to English version to fully understand by the staff and other related project concern.
  5. He will be teaching, trained and sharing his knowledge and skilled to our Filipino staff all the trends in Japanese technology so that our staff will cope up on the software project.
  6. He will also share the Japanese ethics and culture to us, so that we can understand their way of life as well as their principles so that we can do better in our daily operations, not only for our company, but also to our existing and future clients.
