  • Job Description

    ■Assist in the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and assist new employee after they join.
    ■Monitor employee attendance and submit reports for payroll computation
    ■Evaluate employee’s work, commitment and performance and submit the report.
    ■Performs other HR related functions if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must Requirements>
    ■Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree (preferred in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.)
    ■At least 5 years work experience in HR and at least 2 years managerial experiences as a Supervisor or Manager.
    ■At least 1 years work experience in Labor Relation.
    ■At least 1 cases of experience (1)planning and implementation of business improvement, or (2)some kind of system for human resource(Ex; evaluation system, attendance management system).
    ■Has full knowledge on Recruitment systems/procedures and Employee/Labor Relations with interpersonal skills and Time Management skills.

    <Additional Requirements>
    ■Experience working in the same company for over 2 years.
    ■Experience working for over 30 members in an organization for over 1 year.
