●Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
●Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
●Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
●Use client feedback to improve customer experience
●Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
●Identify and approach potential clients
●Ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
Qualifications
Requirement
achelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of similar working experience
Demonstrated track record of success and quota achievement.
Management of large, complex sales cycles
Experience in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts.
Experienced in SAP or related products preferred.
Experience selling to CHRO’s, HR Directors and CFO’s preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with customers
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
