    ( 6) Develop, configure, and optimize industrial process from inception through start up
    ( 7) Assess process, take measurements and analyze data
    ( 8) Perform process simulations
    ( 9) Provide process documentations and operating instructions

    -Graduate of Industrial Engineering
    -At least 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing specifically with Tooling Design Skills.
