    -The EMPLOYEE is hereby employed in the position specified in Part I hereof, on the basis of the EMPLOYEE’s representation that he/she is fully qualified to undertake all the responsibilities expected of his/her and shall perform functions, duties and responsibilities to the best of his/her abilities;

    -The EMPLOYEE recognizes that as part of HPC he/she undertakes that in the performance of his/her official functions as well as in her behavior he/she will not bring dishonor nor discredit to official;

    -The EMPLOYEE understand and agree to comply with Company Policy,

    -EMPLOYEE agrees to work overtime whenever the exigencies of the operations so require, upon the direction of his/her superior.

资格

  • 应征条件

    1) Must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering

    2) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably in Engineering and Construction field.

    3)Well versed in ISO Standard with ISO9001 Certificate

    4)Responsible for all quality activities including document control, Internal Quality Auditing, Quality Audit for suppliers, and test/inspection.

    5)Liaise with client representatives for Quality matters.

    6)Ensures project quality plan is properly executed and evaluates the effectiveness of controls defined in this plan.

    7)Performs on-site QA activities at various supplier locations, construction sites and travels between facilities as necessary.

    8)Performs other duties as assigned related to the project

    Sick/Vacation Leave
    In case of absence from work because of illness, you should notify your Manager/Supervisor on or before 8:00 a.m. of the same day. The company shall provide each employee five (5) days service incentive leaves or vacation leaves and five (5) days sick leaves every after one year of service with the company.


    Safety
    We have to obey the Shimizu’s safety rule. When you work at the field, you shall wear Long sleeved shirts and trousers which company supply, and PPE.
    As a local rule, every staff shall change outside shoes to inside shoes or sandals , which have heel strap.
