  <Job Summary>
  Manages the company’s cash flows by the timely budgeting, forecasting and funding of
  requirements, prepares necessary documents for the establishment and renewal of credit
  facilities and prepares and submits to the government authorities’ reportorial
  requirements.
  
  <Duties & Responsibilities>
  1. Monitors and prepares funding requirements and makes the necessary bank
  borrowing, forex dealings and foreign and local bank fundings.
  2. Communicates and facilitates transactions, applications, renewals and termination
  of savings and credit facilities with banks.
  3. Prepares accurate reports for internal and external clients, such as, but not limited
  to the following:
  a. Notice and Registration of Foreign Loans and Foreign Borrowing Plan (BSP)
  b. International Tax Affairs Division (ITAD) requirements and other documents
  (BIR)
  c. Borrowing Plan (Head Office)
  4. Assists in the preparation of audit schedules.
  5. Monitor and ensure that all business functions being implemented in accordance
  with company policies and operating procedures as the management oversight
  over the first line from finance and accounting point of view.
  6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
