  ・Bachelor in Accountancy
  ・10 years’ work experience in leading accounting team
  ・Strong understanding of PEZA Taxes, Bir compliances, VAT and other
  ・Proficiency in using accounting system, analyzing budget, transactions and oversee forecast results

  ・Be able to act in anticipation of the future of your department and the company

  ・Assist and do advise with Heads and can organize the related task and departments
  ・Obtain and analyze industry and related organizations' policies, market trends, and other companies' information, and reflect them in operations
  ・Have basic knowledge and ability as a manager, and can reflect it in department management
  ・Have the necessary knowledge to comply with compliance and can instruct and educate subordinates
  Management ability
  ・Necessary and sufficient management ability, and can appropriately act as the head of department
  Negotiation skills
  ・Business ability to play a central role in the department in developing subordinates
  ・With respect to the interpretation of internal rules in irregular cases, possible to confirm the relevant points and create a path for making accurate judgments and responses.
  ・Appropriate inquiries to public organizations can be made when drafting legal revisions, new internal systems, etc., and legal internal systems can be established
  Leadership
  ・Proper management and guidance of departments and teams as organizers
  ・Firmly understand the individual abilities and make appropriate business allocations.
  
  <BETTER>
  -Understood the manufacturing cost accounting terms of accounting. (Understanding the processing method for cost difference, cost of sales conflict method, continuous recording method)
  -1 year or more of practical experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing industry in terms of accounting (whether monthly settlement etc. can be performed correctly based on the given cost information)
  Has practical experience in controlling physical inventory of fixed assets and inventories. (understand the physical inventory process)
  ・Have work experience in Japanese company.
