  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  ・Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Company’s books and records.
  ・Directs and reviews the work of the subordinates (including, but not limited to, cash, accounts receivable, inventory transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
  ・Cash Management, including placement and movement or funds in various depository accounts.
  ・Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
  ・Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting
  ・Produces financial reports on a monthly basis. Submits monthly and annual Financial Statements to immediate superiors to assist in the Company’s decision making activities.
  ・Directs the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to ensure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.
  ・Ensures the filing of mandated government and regulatory reports and remittances.
  ・Ensures that written performance evaluations of supervised employees are completed as required, suggests training needs for growth and development, provides continuous feedback on personnel performance issues, and takes immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems.
