  Primary Objectives:
  1. To conduct test planning and execution on our company's software product suite.
  2. Contribute to continuous process improvement.
  
  Duties Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  To validate and verify our software release product suite through :
   Creation of manual test documentation,
   Test execution of designated software releases, product enhancements & modifications,
   Test execution of upgrade & update installation procedures,
   Creation of automated testscripts, using associated software, as necessary,
   Compliance with existing Quality & Testing methodology & standards,
   Contributions to continuous process improvements & development of the SDLC within the company.
   Other duties as directed by Quality Manager, Test Manager and/or Test Co-ordinator.
  
  Key Relationships / Interactions
   Quality Manager: discuss and receive direction on strategic Quality & Testing processes and procedures.
   Test Manager: discuss and receive direction on operational Testing processes and procedures.
   Test Analysts: provide assistance, and share knowledge regarding Testing and Quality Assurance issues.
   Developers: provide guidance on testing requirements, and proactively working to resolve defects.
   Business Analysts : to provide testing feedback on specifications, and ensure that it meets both internal (FTR) and external (client) expectations.
   Technical Writers: to ensure production of quality release documentation.
   National Tech Support : to ensure efficient delivery of software releases to clients.
