    - Preferably BS Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent Technical School in Heavy Equipment
    - Minimum 5 years related work experience in Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance in Managerial capacity
    - Plant Site based. Regular visits to head office, occasional exposure to outside environment
