  Supervision and monitoring of the quality standards of the products of the Company detailed as follows:
  1. Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high quality of products offered and sold to customers
  2. Offer valuable ideas and insights to address customer needs, concerns, and/or issues
  3. Other related quality and customer related matters
  
  Brief Job Description:
  1. Handles the over-all operations of QAC Department
  2. Controls and monitor the standard work process in QAC Department
  3. Served as an authorized person to represent the department in all aspect of Manufacturing Legal Requirements.
  4. Prepares documents, reports and presentations in Japanese and English.
  5. Provides assistance to Engineers and Staff in translating documents and other reports.
  6. Corresponds to inquiries from customers via phone and email.
  7. Communicates to counterparts
