    - Understand and implement company’s vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
    - As a management team, you have a responsibility for company revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
    - Liaise with the Management Team to define the negotiations strategy and new business streams development.
    - Advice on all aspects of the digital campaigns and their deployment to achieve client's business objectives.
    - Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business.
    - Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a daily basis.
    - Provide the utmost level of client service.
    - Participate in pitches.
    - Part of company Management Team in order to provide strategy of internal plan.
    - People management:
    - Lead and manage Business team;
    - Ensure team members are aligned and adopt company vision, mission, values, cultures and OKR (Objectives and Key Results);
    - Set KPI, monitor the targets and productivity of the team;
    - In charge of biannual evaluation feedback and performance appraisal;
    - Responsibility for people development (career development / growth of team member);
    - Organizing workflow and ensuring the Business Development team understand their duties or delegated tasks;
    - Recruit and manage Business Development team members.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Min 5 years of working experience as Sales / Marketing in Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.
    - Rich experience in influencer marketing, especially micro-influencer marketing.
    - Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
    - Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
    - Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
    - Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
    - Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
    - Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
    - Effective team management capabilities and strong leadership skills.
    - Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
    - Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
    - Fluent in English (written and verbal).
    - Have a strong passion for startup.
