  -Responsible in supervising and ensuring that inspectors perform inspection and testing on all incoming materials according to IQC/QA procedures and work instructions.
  -Ensure that all parts conform to specification before they are put into respective stockroom.
  -Responsible for effective supervision of all IQC/QA Inspectors in matters pertaining to work assignments and the implementation of company rules and regulations.
  -Ensure timely inspection of received parts
  -Ensure timely release of RDR to respective buyers on parts that failed during inspection
  -Ensure disposition of RTV parts are monitored and communicated with suppliers.
  -Ensure that rejected parts dispositioned as scrap by supplier are properly coordinated and that necessary documents for the scrap process are complete and concerned department are informed.
  -Ensure system is updated on parts dispositioned as scrapped or return to vendor.
  -Prepares “request for shipment” request on parts dispositioned as return to vendor.
  -Together with the QC/QA Manager verifies non-conforming incoming materials found by IQC/QA inspectors and Issue Corresponding Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to suppliers whenever necessary.
  -Responsible in making a follow up on issued SCAR with respective buyer.
  -Perform evaluation on rejected parts when requested.
  -Validate effectiveness of accomplished SCAR from supplier.
  -Ensure for the timely updating of IQC/QA Inspection results on the Receiving System.
  -Ensure correct implementation of IQC/QA procedures and work instructions.
  -Responsible for training the IQC/QA inspectors.
  -Shall keep the QC/QA Manager well informed about IQC problems and status.
  -Review accomplished First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
  -Ensure for the timely processing and release of IQC/QA Receiving Reports to warehouse.
  -Evaluate performance of IQC/QA personnel.
  -Generate work instruction on inspecting new parts.
  -Responsible in updating current Work Instructions and IQC/QA Procedures whenever necessary.
  -Perform inspection and testing on samples for approval.
  -Coordinate with Project Management Dept. (PMD) on problems concerning specifications and assembly drawings of new parts.
  -Provide monthly supplier quality performance reports both local and imported.
  -Prepare weekly IQC/QA Inspection and KPI results.
  -Generate test fixtures used for inspection of incoming parts.
  -Verify implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action Report problems found.
  -Monitor, verify production returns deemed as factory defects and informs concerned buyer on the defects found.
