A. JOB SUMMARY
1. Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales / marketing
2. Marketing and sale of the products of the Company, Group and Affiliates
3. Set up plan how to marketing strategies coreesponding to the Item No. 2
4. The retrieval of accounts receivable
B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for developing business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for TOWA in the Philippines.
2. Identifies and analyzes new opportunities and creates a tactical plan to capture the business.
3. Understands the competitive environment and provide market insight.
4. Develops and maintains close relationship with the customers at multiple levels.
5. Resolve and address critical issues and drive collaboration with respective stakeholders within TOWA
to ensure customer’s needs are being met to close business.
6. Gain long lasting, strong relationships with customers key decision makers
7. Manages all business activities, including: Quoting, T&C's, Delivery commitments, Issue tracking,
escalation and resolution, forecasting.
8. Managing Reps and work with Reps to support growth on TOWA products

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or physical science discipline)
- Years of relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment or semiconductor industry.
- Applicants with experience in materials sales has an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
