   Assists the Supervisor to achieve smooth planning and warehousing activities.
   Performs efficient and accurate overseeing of stocks or inventory. Provides necessary
  communication in case of raw material shortage and take countermeasures.
   Monitor forecast of customer and forecast issued to supplier.
   Monitor all materials requisition is in accordance with the production schedule.
   Performs material inventory activities and ensures accuracy of data in SAP system.
   Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
  Supervises activities and performance of subordinates.
   Prepares accurate Receiving Report (RR) with the attached documents such as delivery
  receipt, invoice and copy of the latest Purchase Order.
   Monitor material requirement forecast and inventory stock level.
   Performs return of no good items to suppliers with complete documentation.
   Assist in Monitoring and ensuring delivery target are being met.
   Monitors incoming deliveries of raw materials and shipment of final goods.
   Monitors physical movement of materials used in the production and ensures proper
  recording of materials requested.
