  Complaint investigation and analysis:
  Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action using 5P report to respond to customer
  complaints.
  Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals (Control
  plan, checksheet, etc.) , quality procedures.
  Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis:
  Monitor and perform quality activities & routinely review regular inspection data.
  Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the
  relevant requirements of the quality management system.
