  1. Monitors, analyzes and checks all processes of EDM magnets.
  2. Conduct investigation, analysis and process improvements
  3. Conduct trials as needed to reduce top rejects in terms of cost
  4. Prepare actions for top rejects.
  5. Prepares Weekly and monthly EDM Report for quality meeting
  6. Customer Claim Handling
  7. Do other duties that maybe assigned by the management.
