  1.　 In charge of sourcing applicants for deployment to various 　　vessels　man by MMPI
  2. Conduct initial interview of the applicants
  3. Prepare advertising materials for recruitment purposes
  4. Negotiate salary and contract duration with the applicants
  5. Verify background, performance and character of the applicants with　the concerned agencies
  6. Inspect documents and records submitted by the applicants to
  determine work experience, trainings and other necessary information
  7. Endorse applicants for Computer-Based Examination
  8. Make a record of qualified and disqualified applicants
  9. Endorse applicants for the approval of Fleet Manager/ Asst. 　Fleet　Manager
  10. Other matters as maybe assigned by the immediate superior and 　the　management
