  - Reports to the Project Manager administratively
  - Verifies and records codes and standard to be used at the site
  - Verifies material and equipment inspection report
  - Prepares QC inspection procedures and establish QC site inspection programs
  - Checks, verifies, and ensures that tests will be properly executed with proper requirements of local laws
  - Coordinates QC work with Construction Manager and Sub- contractor
  - Conducts regular meeting with sub-contractor on a weekly basis
  - Verifies availability of inspection report and checklist
  - Controls QC test and inspection status reports
  - Generates non-conformance report and control
  - Coordinates test and inspection activities with Construction Manager and Customer
