  (7) Manage, coach and develop high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objective
  (8) Provide technical expertise to the team
  (9) Monitor completion of tasks and ensure good performance (10) Develop, manage and implement department key performance indicators (11) Prepare the annual Manufacturing Budget and forecasts (12) Strong manufacturing background, Good Ability in Problem Solving, Technical Writing and reports
