  This is small company here in Philippine, but in Japan this company is very big like Meralco. So but not many staff now. so candidate has to do many task as back office staff.

  ① General general personnel at the Manila office (Maintenance and renewal of business licenses of the office, Work permission of office workers / Acquisition / renewal / extension of visas, Support for improvement of living infrastructure of office workers (Moving, Residential arrangements, Conductor arrangement, mobile phone arrangement, etc.), internal approval procedure (document creation / decision), organization of office materials, various kinds of communication to stakeholders, etc.).
  ② Accounting processing (creation of remittance command, preparation of documents · collaboration with OGS, consultation · tax treatment such as consultation with banks and windows, withholding tax etc, social security etc.)
  ③ Translation and report of local newspaper / news to Japanese (Energy related, Keyword granted)
  ④ Arrangement of lodge (reservation of flight · hotel · car etc.), preparation of schedule chart, contact
