  The company is set up company in Financial industry from Japan . Candidate should know how to handle all task in Legal and Compliance. No Employee for this position at moment.
  
  •Responsible for evaluating and monitoring quality and integrity of company's compliance procedure.
  •In-charged of reviewing contracts and other agreements both internally and externally to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government laws.
  •Ensure that all departmental processes and activities are conducted in accordance with existing laws.
  •Coordinate with all departments for investigation, negotiation, and reconcilement of legal issues or assist them in understanding legal terms, conditions, and consequences
  •Prepare and maintain a systematic filing system (for contracts, cases, and reports)
