-Ensures books and databases are up to date and accurate
-Assist in managing inventory/procurement records
-Assist in ensuring the delivery of purchases meets the needs of the company without causing shortages or excessive surpluses
-Assist in reviewing and executing the contracts negotiated with the suppliers, ensuring compliance and adherence to the terms by both parties
-Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration;
-Management of cash flow; bank accounts, checks, salary, and account receivables
-Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance
-Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
-Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
