  • As community officer, you will be responsible for advocating the brand on our social networks and other online platforms. You have to actively engage the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate accordingly.
  • Create and implement strategies to scale our online community and connect with new people.
  • Continually engage with the brand’s community by providing timely responses in social media comments and direct messages.
  • Protect the brands online reputation by responding to potential issues in an efficient and constructive manner.
  • Be always on the lookout for potential risks to the brand’s online reputation.
  • Create consistent reports to analyze online conversation about the brand.
  • Contribute to other relevant tasks to support the digital marketing team.
