  JOB SUMMARY:
  The Senior Quantity Surveyor reviews the over-all aspects of contractual and financial aspects of
  construction projects. He/ She reviews the contract terms and conditions and timely submits
  requirements for tender documents, bidding & estimates or claims.
  
  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  - Provides commercial management and contract administration support to marketing and
  engineering department
  - Reviews and interprets the conditions, requirements, specifications of tender documents
  - Conducts negotiations regarding commercial terms and conditions
  - Deals with the contractual issues and protect the company’s right from claims and extension
  of time and liquidation damages
  - Responsible for pre and post contract stage including tender documents, bill of quantities,
  cost plan and audit of closing accounts for the projects
  - Prepares and negotiates subcontractor agreement with the suppliers and subcontractors
  - Monitors procurement schedule and coordinates with the procurement department
  regarding packages for tender
  - Evaluates and review subcontractor extension of schedule, variation and other claims
