  Finance Officer is responsible for the financial reports and interpret the company’s financial results.
  
  - Manage financial reporting and management tasks.
  - Register all finance transactions accurately for future references
  - Update general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  - Manage the company’s petty cash fund and replenished on a timely manner.
  - Prepares the summary of the revolving fund balance; responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all expenses paid out. Expenses shall be properly classified as to the nature of the payment and identified as to the department and cost center.
  - Application of all check and cash collection.
  - Perform account reconciliation of activities on a timely manner.
  - Perform necessary variance and other accounting analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies or gaps.
  - Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment.
  - Prepare and distribute budget reports and financial reports to management in a timely manner.
  - Interpret the company’s financial results to the management and recommend process for improvements for cost effectiveness.
