  2. Maintains and establishes proper documentation and filing system.
  3. Prepares and/or checks data gathering for statistical presentation.
  4. Checks the availability of manpower, supplies and equipment needed for proper operation.
  5. Ensures that all needed reports are submitted on time and checks accordingly.
