  Provides top level management to the Sales Department;
  Full support to Sales Division Manager;
  Provide guidance and support to the whole Sales Team, Generates Sales,
  Provide high level client interaction and accounts management;
  Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to achieve goals set forth by Management
  Responsible for the overall development and supervision of all related project management activities;
  Responsible for the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line the company’s vision, values and targets.
  Organizes and motivates department performance to meet or exceed all set activity standards as Logistics Center;
  Leads and promotes communication with customers/supplier on a regular basis;
  Review overall plan and shipment schedules to ensure attainment of sales and profitability goals;
  Review department monthly performance result and responsible for the discussion;
  Monitor the operation of the department, conduct regular coaching and counseling to individual members of the department to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs and to provide insight in the improvement of sales and activity performance;
  Monitors and reviews all reports related with the department;
  Manage Overall Logistics Department.
