    As an SEO/SEM Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. Your primary goal will be to increase online visibility, drive organic and paid traffic, and optimize website performance to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
    a. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify targeted keywords and phrases.
    b. Analyze keyword trends and competition, informing website content optimization.
    2. On-Page Optimization:
    a. Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for enhanced search engine visibility.
    b. Ensure seamless integration of keywords, compelling content, and an enriching user experience.
    3. Technical SEO:
    a. Collaborate with web development teams to address technical SEO challenges.
    b. Implement schema markup, enhance website speed, and rectify crawl errors.
    4. Content Strategy and Blog Creation:
    a. Develop and execute content strategies to improve organic search rankings.
    b. Create and optimize engaging blog posts, landing pages, and other web content.
    5. Link Building:
    a. Cultivate and manage a strategic and diverse backlink profile.
    b. Deploy white-hat link-building techniques to boost domain authority.
    6. SEO Reporting and Analysis:
    a. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
    b. Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, drawing actionable insights.
    7. SEM Campaign Management:
    a. Establish and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
    b. Optimize ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    8. A/B Testing:
    a. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements.
    b. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
    9. Competitor Analysis:
    a. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
    Conduct thorough competitor analyses to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    10. Creating Blog Content:
    a. Develop and curate engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs.
    b. Leverage blog posts to drive targeted traffic to the website.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in SEO/SEM, with a robust portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and industry trends.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications.
    • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
